Our sweet Lace Leggings are made from a soft poly lace in Ivory and have rows of fully gathered lace ruffles on the back. The ruffles are accented with dainty Silk Pink Roses all over. Comfy elastic in the waist makes for easy changing. The legs feature an additional lace ruffle at the bottom edge. Matches our Ruffled Ivory Lace and Satin Baby Hat, also sold in our store.
